Service
Negi Enterprise Inc operates LuminaBuilt — tools for construction estimating and office project administration. It supports professionals in their work. It is not a substitute for licensed engineering, architecture, or legal judgment.
Accounts
You are responsible for activity under your organization, including invited users. Keep credentials secure. You must have authority to bind your company to these terms.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to access another company's jobs, break the product in violation of law, or upload unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that threaten security or other customers.
Customer data
You retain ownership of project data you submit. You allow us to store and process that data only as needed to provide LuminaBuilt to you. See our Privacy Policy.
Takeoff and recommendations
Quantity outputs and workflow suggestions are tools. You remain responsible for bids, contracts, certifications, and filings. Critical commercial and legal actions require human approval in the product design.
Fees
Paid plans are billed through our payment partner according to the package you select. Trials convert to paid plans unless cancelled before the trial ends, as shown at checkout.
Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation or that outputs will meet every project requirement.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Negi Enterprise Inc’s total liability arising from the service is limited to fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim. This does not exclude liability that cannot be limited under law.
